  • - Must be at least 18 years of age
  • - Must have a reliable and fast internet connection

Responsibilities:

  • - Answer general questions via support ticket and live chat
  • - Be active on live chat minimum 6 hours per day
  • - Create knowledge-base articles
  • - Be available to answer support tickets anytime throughout the day
  • - Basic troubleshooting
  • - Analyze client issues and determine next steps for the resolution and if there is a need to, escalate a ticket to a higher department
